Fairness in pod access is important for sustained adoption. If any team member perceives that pods are de facto reserved for senior staff or particular roles, broader adoption will stall. The most equitable approach is transparent access: first-come, first-served for teams with low demand; a visible calendar booking system for medium-demand teams; a formal booking platform for larger deployments. Whatever system you use, make the rules explicit and apply them consistently from day one.
